TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

1.PAYMENT TERMS

All payments made to EURO WORK HUB through this website or any other payment transfer mediums are non-refundable.
Payment is due upon submission of your request for profile assessment of the application or upon accepting T&C as per this agreement.
EURO WORK HUB reserves the right to adjust its fees at any time without prior notice.

EURO WORK HUB reserves the right to adjust its fees, if you purchase & change your mind later and decide to withdraw.
EURO WORK HUB reserves the right to adjust its fees, if you do not wish to continue with our services.
EURO WORK HUB offers technical evaluation service which will evaluate your profile for a selected country and let you know how many points have been scored. All reports are sent within 48 hours of sign up if all information has been submitted in the form. The fee for an evaluation is 100% non-refundable.
Also, Payment made to Euro Hub is 100% non-refundable if:

Failure of the medical examination by the client or his/her family members is included in the permit request.
Failure to provide a genuine Police Clearance Certificate which is not less than 3 months old.
Failure to prove sufficient funds for settlement or maintenance by the client or his/her family members included in the permit request.
Submission of fraudulent papers.
A prior violation of any immigration law by the client or any of his or her family members is included in the permit request.
Late submission of any additional papers requested by the consulate at a later stage.

2.USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

By using this website and making a payment, you authorize EURO WORK HUB to collect, use, and disclose your personal information for the purpose of providing immigration services to any available mediums and sources which they have to access to.
This includes, but is not limited to, sharing your information with government agencies, testing organizations, and other third-party service providers.
We need all the categories of information in the list above primarily to allow us to perform our contract with you and to enable us to comply with legal obligations. In some cases, we may use your personal information to pursue legitimate interests of our own or those of third parties.

Administering the contract, we have entered into with you.
Business management and planning, including accounting and auditing.
Making decisions about grievances.
Making arrangements for the termination of a contract.
Dealing with legal disputes
Complying with health and safety obligations.
To prevent fraud.
To monitor your use of our information and communication systems to ensure compliance with our Global IT policy and laws of the land.
To ensure network and information security, including preventing unauthorized access to our computer and electronic communications systems and preventing malicious software distribution.
To conduct data analytics studies to review and better understand customer satisfaction and needs.

Some of the above grounds for processing might overlap. There may be certain grounds that justify our use of your personal information. If you fail to provide personal information If you fail to provide certain information when requested, we may not be able to perform the agreement we have entered into with you or we may be prevented from complying with our legal obligations (such as to ensure the health and safety or proof of nationality)

3.AFFILIATION

EURO WORK HUB is not affiliated with any government or government agency for permits. EURO WORK HUB provides immigration guidance, and concierge services for immigration and charges a service fee. It maintains euroworkhub.com, a private publishing website, which offers general information on issues related to immigration/permits. It is neither a legal firm nor does it provide any kind of legal advice or suggestions to its users. The information presented on our website should be used as for reference purposes only and not as a substitute for professional advice. We do not provide legal advice, opinions or recommendations to our users about their legal rights, legal remedies, legal defences, legal options or legal strategies. Any purchase made using this website is subject to EURO WORK HUB Terms of Use to which, by using this site and/or making any purchase, you are agreeing to be bound.

4.PAYMENT METHODS

EURO WORK HUB accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms.
You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your chosen payment method.
User Also agrees to Pay Government taxes as per government policies, if applicable.

5.REFUND POLICY

As stated in Section 1, all payments made to EURO WORK HUB through this website or any other payment transfer methods, are non-refundable.
On Submission your request for chosen visa category, EURO WORK HUB will review your eligibly and in case you’re not eligible under chosen visa category or any other visa category, your payment of initial assessment will not be refunded.

6.ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions constitute the entire understanding between you and EURO WORK HUB regarding the provision of immigration services through this website.
These terms and conditions supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

7.CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

EURO WORK HUB reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Your continued use of this website after any changes to these terms and conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

8.SECURITY

EURO WORK HUB uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information.
However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

9.LIABILITY

EURO WORK HUB shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of this website or the provision of immigration services.
EURO WORK HUB’s liability is only to access your profile for eligibility of a particular visa category under which you have submitted request and initial assessment fees and not to issuance of visa, Airfares and other related things.

10.TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a EURO WORK HUB product or service is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price. EURO WORK HUB reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event your credit card has been charged, a full refund will be issued in the amount of the incorrect price.

11.INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EURO WORK HUB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of this website or the provision of immigration services.
Directories are published by EURO WORK HUB and are protected by all international copyright laws. Legal action will be taken against anyone who attempts to copy or sell the same.
By using this website and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
